All cheesecake are made with cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and flavoring. Some of our specialty are made with nuts, fruit, cookies, and other special toppings. These can also be made eggless.

What if My Cheesecake Arrives Damaged?

At It’s Just Cheesecake, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives fresh, secure, and ready to enjoy. Each cheesecake is carefully wrapped, insulated, and packed with ice to maintain quality during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To process your claim, a Damage Claim Form must be completed and submitted along with clear photos of the damaged package and product. This helps us review your order quickly and fairly.

Once received, our team will review your submission and, if approved, issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Please note:

• Refunds apply only to items that arrive damaged or incomplete.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

• Claims submitted without photos or after 3 business days may not be eligible for review.

For the best quality during transit, not all toppings will be placed directly on the cheesecake or baked goods. Some toppings may be packaged separately to ensure freshness.

Items containing whipped cream, mousse, or similar delicate toppings will be shipped without those toppings applied and can be added upon delivery.

We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible to prepare your desserts just the way you like them — however, any modifications may affect the nutritional values.

2,000 calories per day is used for general nutrition guidance. Individual calorie needs may vary.

For children ages 4–8, 1,200–1,400 calories per day is used for general guidance. Individual needs may differ.

Shipping Details

• All baked goods are packaged with gel packs inside insulated boxes to ensure freshness. Combined shipping is available for gel-pack cakes.

• We ship Monday through Wednesday only, excluding Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

• Standard shipping applies for Monday–Wednesday shipments (1–2 days). Some areas may receive deliveries earlier than expected; we are not responsible for early deliveries

• Overnight Shipping: Available at additional cost

Available Flavors for Shipping

Classic Flavors: Plain, Chocolate (no whipped cream), Banana Pudding (no whipped cream), Red Velvet (no whipped cream), Butter Pecan (no whipped cream), Oreo (no whipped cream), Strawberry Crunch (no whipped cream), Turtle, and Pecan Pie.

Fruit-Topped Cheesecakes: Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry, are shipped with the fruit topping in a separate container to maintain freshness.

Delivery Schedule & Handling

• Upon arrival, unpack and refrigerate or freeze your cheesecake immediately. Follow our [Cheesecake Handling Instructions] for best results.

Residential deliveries may arrive as late as 9 pm.  There is no signature release required on our deliveries.
