Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But we will be happy to make sure that you are satisfied.

Delivery Time Missed - If your order is not delivered within 20 mins after the schedule delivery time.

No orders can be cancelled once you have placed a order online, by phone, and or had a order shipped.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Yes, you may make changes to order within 24 hours of placing the order, once the order has been confirmed you will not be able to change or cancel the order.
Where is My Email Confirmation?
All orders will receive a email confirmation when the order has been processed online, and by phone. Please always check your spam if do not show the email in your inbox.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
At It’s Just Cheesecake, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives fresh, secure, and ready to enjoy. Each cheesecake is carefully wrapped, insulated, and packed with ice to maintain quality during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To process your claim, a Damage Claim Form must be completed and submitted along with clear photos of the damaged package and product. This helps us review your order quickly and fairly.
Once received, our team will review your submission and, if approved, issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Please note:
Refunds apply only to items that arrive damaged or incomplete.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Claims submitted without photos or after 3 business days may not be eligible for review.
