Do we ship? Yes, we only ship during Holiday's starting October - February.

Shipping Policy

All of our baked goods are shipped with care using gel packs and insulated boxes to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. For gel-pack cakes, combined shipping may apply.

Winter Shipping Schedule

We ship nationwide during our Winter Shipping Season, which runs from October 27 through February 28.

Shipping Windows & Order Cutoffs:

October 27 – November 24 → Last order cutoff: November 21

November 28 – December 22 → Last order cutoff: December 19

December 26 – February 28 → Last order cutoff: February 24

No Shipping on the Following Dates:

Thanksgiving Eve & Day: November 26–27

Christmas Eve & Day: December 24–25

Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays​

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (2-3 Day Service): $20–$30

Other expedited shipping options are available at higher rates.​

We currently ship the following baked goods:

Plain, Chocolate (no whipped cream), Banana Pudding (no whipped cream), Pecan Pie, Red Velvet (no whipped cream), Butter Pecan (no whipped cream), Oreo, Turtle, Plain, Strawberry Shortcake Crunch (no whipped cream, or fruit).

 

Fruit-Topped Cheesecakes (no whipped cream): Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry.

Fruit toppings are packaged separately to ensure freshness during shipping.

Processing & Delivery Schedule

All orders require 2-3 business days for processing, which includes baking, freezing, and packaging.

Orders received by 3:00 PM (CST) ship on the next available shipping day.

Orders received after 3:00 PM (CST) ship on the second available shipping day.

We ship Monday through Wednesday only to prevent weekend delays.

 

Standard shipping (2-3 day service) applies to shipments sent Monday–Wednesday for delivery Wednesday through Friday.

 

Example:

If you place your order on Monday, your cheesecake will be baked and frozen on Monday–Tuesday, shipped Wednesday, and arrive Thursday or Friday.

Shipping Reminders & Responsibilities

Some areas may receive deliveries earlier than expected (1-2 business day).

We are not responsible for cakes that arrive ahead of schedule and will not refund your order.

Ensure your recipient will be available to receive the order — especially during the holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or postal boxes, and will not refund your order.

We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses or recipients who are unavailable, and we will not refund your order.

 
Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a  tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Residential deliveries may arrive as late as 9:00 PM, and no signature is required upon delivery.

Some areas may receive deliveries earlier than expected (1-2 business day)

Handling Instructions

Upon arrival, please unpack your cheesecake immediately and refrigerate or freeze it to maintain freshness and quality.
