All cheesecake are made with cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and flavoring. Some of our specialty are made with nuts, fruit, cookies, and other special toppings. These can also be made eggless.
Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But we will be happy to make sure that you are satisfied.
No Refunds will be issued, unless for the following listed below,

- Please make sure to check your order before leaving the pick up location or when the item is delivered.
No orders can be cancelled once you have placed a order online, by phone, and or had a order shipped.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Yes, you may make changes to order within 24 hours of placing the order, once the order has been confirmed you will not be able to change or cancel the order.
Where is My Email Confirmation?
All orders will receive a email confirmation when the order has been processed online, and by phone. Please always check your spam if do not show the email in your inbox.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 5 business days.We will be happy to give you a partial refund for your order.
For items that are being shipped, we will only give a partial refund if the item was damaged or had missing items, and our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

While we’re committed to providing accurate nutritional information, because our recipes are prepared to order, there may be differences between the actual nutritional content of your order and the nutritional values provided. The values are derived from standardized recipes and serving sizes. We will do our best to accommodate special requests to prepare your desserts just the way you like it. Modifications may alter the nutritional values.

Do we ship? Yes, we only ship during Holiday's starting October - January.
Baked Goods are shipped using gel-paks and insulated box. For gel-pak cakes, combined shipping can apply.
Standard Shipping
Rates are $15 - $20 for 2- 3 day and other shipping rates are much higher.
Baked Goods that are shipped are as follow: Plain, Chocolate (no whipping cream), Banana Pudding (no whipping cream), Pecan Pie,
Red Velvet (no whipping cream), Butter Pecan (no whipping cream), Oreo, Turtle, Smore's, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Butterfinger
Baked Goods that have fruit toppings and have no whipping cream: Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach Cobbler
Delivery Dates
Orders received by 3:00 PM (CST) will ship on the next shipping day. Orders received after 3:00 PM (CST) will be ship the 2nd shipping day.
We ship Monday-Wednesday.
Standard shipping is 2 - 3 day service available for shipments sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday.
PLEASE NOTE—For some areas, although we ship 2 - 3 day service, your baked goods may arrive in one business day from the ship date. We do not take responsibility for cakes that arrive one day early.
Alternatively, you can choose a date sometime in the future using our order calendar. We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cake on the delivery date—i.e., not on vacation or out-of-town. This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not ship to Parcel Locker, PO Boxes, and any other postal boxes or lockers. We do not take responsibility for cakes that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for cakes delivered to recipients out of town. Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure it's safe delivery and handling.
Tracking
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When the cake is shipped, you will receive an email containing a UPS or USPS tracking number. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped and to inquire when it has arrived.
Residential deliveries may arrive as late as 9 pm. There is no signature release required on our deliveries.
Handling
Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze your cake upon arrival. Please see our handling instructions for further information.
