What if My Cheesecake Arrives Damaged?

At It’s Just Cheesecake, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives fresh, secure, and ready to enjoy. Each cheesecake is carefully wrapped, insulated, and packed with ice to maintain quality during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To process your claim, a Damage Claim Form must be completed and submitted along with clear photos of the damaged package and product. This helps us review your order quickly and fairly.

Once received, our team will review your submission and, if approved, issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Please note:

• Refunds apply only to items that arrive damaged or incomplete.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

• Claims submitted without photos or after 3 business days may not be eligible for review.

For the best quality during transit, not all toppings will be placed directly on the cheesecake or baked goods. Some toppings may be packaged separately to ensure freshness.

Items containing whipped cream, mousse, or similar delicate toppings will be shipped without those toppings applied and can be added upon delivery.

• All baked goods are packaged with gel packs inside insulated boxes to ensure freshness. Combined shipping is available for gel-pack cakes.

• We ship Monday through Wednesday only, excluding Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

• Standard shipping applies for Monday–Wednesday shipments (1–2 days). Some areas may receive deliveries earlier than expected; we are not responsible for early deliveries

Fruit-Topped Cheesecakes: Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry, are shipped with the fruit topping in a separate container to maintain freshness.
